I'm not supposed to love you
I'm not supposed to care
I'm not supposed to live my life
Wishing you were there.

Although you may not love me
Although you may not care
If you shall ever need me
You know I'm always there.

Your love may be taken
Your heart may not be free
But when your heart is broken
You can always lean on me.
