i thought it was love
but glad it didin't last

sure it hurt when you broke my heart
you didn't just mess it up
you tore my world apart

but now i found someone new
and guess what
she's way better than you

but i'm glad we went through
the pain we went through
cause now i know the love wasn't true

just words you said to me
and i'm glad you let me see
you never were the one for me
