Not The Same Poem by MacGregor Tagliaferro

Not The Same

Took someone else
To one of the places we've been
But it was not even the same
Not even close

Though there are pesky, unspoken
Limitations that surround us,
Preceed us, accompany us
Follow us and envelop us
Nothin' will ever be the same
Once we have experienced it

Together
