Nothing, Really Poem by Timmy Curran

Nothing, Really

The sun is bright
The air is free
I´ve dissolved thoughts
of you and me
I´ve come to see
it´s just fantasy
I´ts in my head
I´ts in the trees

The wind is cold
Like my eyes
I´ts hard to talk
but realize
I´m not the pusher
I´m not the fiend
Your sister thinks
she knows me

Tender hymns
from your lips
I´ve often wondered
just how they taste
Tissue paper
and chocolate bars
You give me love
I give you the stars
