Nude Tripping Up Staircase #26.5 Poem by Kate Breeze

Nude Tripping Up Staircase #26.5

Rating: 0.5

Lick my wounds with a
Sandpaper tongue
Morphine? Shooting through
My veins
Beep-beep! Beep-Beep!
Road runner fire tracks
Burn up my forearms
Bright pink techno lights
Dance behind my eyes
Pulsating in sync with
The beading of the blood sweat
On my blue tinted forehead
My nuclear heart ignites
Combusts
And lovely Hiroshima suburban homestead
Is set a'flame.
