Obese Poem by Phil Soar

Obese

Rating: 5.0

Two pounds here and three pounds there
My weight affects my underwear
I bulge before my very eyes
Perhaps my diet's no surprise

I eat what I enjoy the most
From doughnuts to my morning toast
Covered in sugar or laced with cream
My calorie count is quite obscene

I'm adding to the obesity trend
And eating things that seldom blend
Except in my menu of gruesome treats
My food intake needs to retreat

Good rhyming with a good message. I have voted it a 10. Note that some people can't lose weight even with calorie restriction. There are other causes. I'm glad I don't have that problem.
