Oeuvre, The Poem by Chandrashekar a posy poet

Oeuvre, The

One creates an art for life
Another may master the art of life
Yet an another lives life as it comes to its best
With or without coarser forms of glory
An ascetic or an eccentric
Perhaps a peasant or a hedonic
Adores or abjures aesthetic
To possess passionate riddles
Full of titillating contortions
To urge an impenetrable Alp
To redeem the heart of art
An opaque with repellent echoes
Pleads for sorcery of metamorphosis
To ease the somatic malaise
And to revive soul’s stirring purity
Let’s rummage the stink of greed
From our body and soul
And gauge the revealed abyss within our life
Thenceforth to cherish
The mystic joy of divine immanence
And to endear revered revelation sans pomposity
Abashing the parochial life of insatiable souls
