Of Our Own Poem by John Scully

Of Our Own

Rating: 4.0

It's the old miracle,
a sudden burst of inspiration
a once in a lifetime thought
perhaps the fascination of immortality,
but if you look within, outside
what reason have you to envy anything.
You are your majesty
without disgrace,
it's the same old miracle
born of life and grace.
