Of Sky, Mountains And Sea - Poem by indira babbellapati

A bit of sky
came down for a respite:
snow-capped ranges

The sky remains
lip-locked forever:
mountain ranges

The sea rises
in her incurable optimism
to kiss the sky in vain

The hills and mountains
looked down upon the sea;
indulgent pity
