A bit of sky
came down for a respite:
snow-capped ranges
The sky remains
lip-locked forever:
mountain ranges
The sea rises
in her incurable optimism
to kiss the sky in vain
The hills and mountains
looked down upon the sea;
indulgent pity
The sea rises in her incurable optimism to kiss the sky in vain It appears to do so at the horizon. Beautiful poem. Thank you.
