Of Sorrow and Tears

Sorrow muffled, morphs:
A weeping willow soaking
Into lake-heart!

Each tear trickled
Whispered into the cheek's ears,
A tale of sorrow

Each tear trickled
Washed the cheeks in vain
Sorrow in fragments!

Tears slipped down
From the cheeks to the earth
Soaked sorrow!
