One hell of a fine officer is what you are
Fully believe, embrace and hold onto that
And you will get through these all too harsh times
Filled with jealously of your handsome superiority and power
That is all that they are
I bet that if they had been in your shoes
Every last one of them would have done the same damn thing
Can't really expect these lesser, dumber beings to understand the actions of us gods, anyway
Everything you did was right and strictly by the book
Regardless of what any of these idiot naysayers say
Just know that your fellow gentlemen in uniform stand behind you

Rules were made to be enforced
Never broken
One way or another you had to do your job
One way or another you had to keep one of the great unwashed in line
And you did it
That in itself is something to be proud of
Better to break a few hearts and raise a little hell than to risk breaking one of our laws
Laws set in stone
Enemies of the badge and its power will seek to tear you down
Have no fear
They will not be allowed to do so

Standing as one mighty force behind you
We will run the scum back underneath the rocks from which they crawled
Never again to dare to slander the good name of one of our own

A damn fine upstanding man and cop as well....
