Oh Angel Poem by Kestrel Quiambao

Oh Angel

Oh Angel what have you done
Your voice kept me deaf and running nowhere
Timeless path in an endless hour of somewhere
My hope is gone

Oh Angel what do you want
Your touch kept me cold and frozen dead
Left in a bottomless pit for pests to be fed
Souls searching me for hunt

My broken life like shattered steel
Stolen jewelry in heaven's garden
Eaten apple from the Tree of Eden
Your lack of compassion never saw what I feel

Sleeping outside my eye's window
Ruins of a deep rotten soul
Den of beasts living in a wicked hole
Is this your mission, to take away my pillow

Oh Angel, such a beautiful face
Yet as deadly as a poison frog
Excruciating rabies of a dog
A killing pace

Oh Angel, you're my only joy
Yet you're my sorrow and pain
It all matters, the lose and gain
Because you're a deadly boy
