Oh Face Of Yesterday #3 Poem by Heather Burns

Oh Face Of Yesterday #3

Rating: 4.8

Oh face of yesterday
I remember your kindness
loving ways
nurturing me as a child

Always there for me
Oh face of yesterday
sitting on your lap
reading bed time stories

Leading me gently
holding my hand
Oh face of yesterday
you're so dear to me

As months fade away
years gather dust
your in my thoughts
Oh face of yesterday.
