Oh My Child! Poem by Arfa Iris

Oh My Child!

Rating: 5.0

Oh my child, i am waiting for your knock.
in my arms when will you rock.?
i want to hold you close.
want to make you warm when you feel cold.
i am waiting for the day.
when i can touch your soft body of clay.
i am waiting to hear you giggle.
when in my arms you will wiggle.
i am waiting to look into your eye.
and calm you when you cry.
oh my child, i am waiting to hold your feet.
and to feel your heartbeat.
i am waiting to feel your tender pink lips.
when your forehead i can kiss.
oh my child! please come soon.
bless me too with the blissful boon.

A lovely poem expressed with true feeing and pure emotion. Just as you don't need words to bring home good music, a noble thought is all it takes to craft a masterpiece. Loved it!

Another great and inspiring poem.arfa please continue to write them. A mother loving their child. Watch them grow. Knowing one they ill take wings and leave. Raise them right and with prayer of hope they will be alright as their set free. Upon a world in which you adore. They are ready now watch the they explore. The unheard of, the unknown. Enlightenment is born straight of the home.
