Oh Poets
Oh poets
I felt dead
When read
About not being heard
Was this sentiment with sincere word?
I felt otherwise
As it was full of promises
Thousands of readers silently liking
But never express in writing
Poetry is not meant for livelihood
The meaning is clearly understood
The pen automatically flows
The ideas it has freely allows
The poet has to survive
And revive
An age old story
Of praying to an almighty
It may need no praise
But shall surely raise
The level of worship earnestly
And air it honestly
Readers definitely read and take note
Many readers have finally wrote
I can't reach them individually
But surely convey heartfelt gratitude obligingly
