Oh So Perfect Poem by Stella Andrews

Oh So Perfect

face down and lips white,
I hear that lonely song.
The one that sings to me,
When everything is gone.

Hands empty and mind blank,
A car crashes in front of me.
The flames and screams,
dance for everyone to see.

Sweet and innocent,
A little girl jumps in the puddles.
How long will it be,
Until she too will be looking upon a small girl like me?

One thoudsand words and a shining sun,
Oh don't you wish it was always this perfect?
A boy and a girl,
So perfectly picked.
