Oh Strange Beauty Meet Me Again Poem by Ratnakar Mandlik

Your lovely figure and lovely curves
Nodoubt your elegance greatly preserve,
Oh unknown lassie perfectly you deserve
The title of a charming rose bud.

The body upto waist wrapped oh virgin
In a green saree is the pedicle of flower
The calyx is nodoubt the breast portion
Bud of your flower on it radiently glitters.

The pliable figure is more delicate
Than the pedicle of any delicate flower.
And the blackish grey, your complexion,
Is than a black rose more radient.

Many beauties I have seen no doubt prior,
But when I saw you just for the first
In a meeting, I was at once influenced
By thy zigzag but brilliant appearance.

Know not whether there will be any
Moment when you will be seen again
Giving me a God gifted chance again
To imprint in my heart a rare beauty.

Being haunted at once by your glamour
I could not that day at you ogle even,
I couldn't save in my heart your figure,
Strange but dear beauty meet me again!
