Oh You Know … Poem by Dean Meredith

Oh You Know …

Just rusting with my ever maddening locks
Secretly inside-outing odd and stripy socks
Catching short but cleverly deepening sighs
Fishing in whirling eddies of wonder whys

Unravelling coils in a slow and seeping melt
Feckless flow of words to go wily but misspelt
Unfurled undone unzipped and tripped to fall
Conditioned to slide denied my splatter scrawl
