For a moment,
all went black,
thought was over,
heart attack

All love died
except one flame
I looked down
My Mom's unconditional
love, never did wane

But up from the ashes
Phoenix rose
all was quiet
poems and prose

In silence,
love was gone
replaced by PEACE
a New World song!

No more noise
did NOW exist
nothing but Here
all else did desist

What is, is HERE
and it is only NOW
where to focus
and when and how?

No longer trekking
down this old road
all the dirt
now turned to Gold!
