On Comments Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I come across good poems
Will certainly want to comment on them
But alas! Comments draw adverse reaction
As some of the friends object invitation

Without being reader friend and without request
They want it to come in form of praise and out of best
It must all also fall in line of their liking
It is cutting less ice with my liking

We need to comment on its contents
And see if it as properly sent
Much of argument on same draws flake
It is better not to advance more and take

It serves no purpose if criticism is not offered
May be opinion sometimes stand differed
Yet it is best option to know about other side
I run with high emotions but still internally hide

How many of us may be taking it ill?
Certainly not happily and at will
It serves good purpose
Only one has to take middle path choose

Write may have single thought in mind
Readers will have to be little kind
Not harsh in return arguments
But firm with reasons on comments
