On Green Danby Moor Poem by Adam Clarke

On Green Danby Moor

On green Danby Moor
I know can be found
Some prickly unfurlings
Which host ripe and round
Huge succulent berries
All juicy and sweet
They’re black, plump and splendid
And Heaven to eat
