On Repentance Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

On Repentance

Rating: 5.0

If I can burn my sins
In the clear oil of sincere repentance,
A glorious lamp shall be lit
That shall shine with luminescence.

This lamp shall show me the right path
Like a friend, philosopher and guide,
While I embark on a journey
A precarious journey called life.
