On Sleds, Sledding Poem by Luke Bushen

On Sleds, Sledding

Alas, my sled has forgotten me.
The slip of the slick sled, indeed,
Lasted but a moment. He'd
Said that his bottom needed some time.

And I say what about mine?
And I say look at my behind!
Oh how it did grind
Time after time
As I laid supine.
Look at the signs!

Remember and don't forget.
Forbid, do not let,
Me once again
Vertically descend
Your quick run.
Slow the end.
