On The Road To Good Health Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

It’s been a long time coming.
‘What’s that? ’ ~ I hear you ask.
The Healing that HE’s sent me
To let me do my daily tasks.

The healing of my ulcerated legs,
Allows me now to move more,
To drive and walk without much pain,
And to go out from my front door.

Each day I try to do more,
Walk out from being in my flat.
Today to the Launderette downstairs ~ I’ll go,
A First ~ since December 2007 ~ Fancy that! !

I do not plan ahead though,
I cannot thwart HIS plan,
Now that the Healing Process has started
I’m grateful, ~ I can do what I can.

This Poem is now finished,
Only two more poems to go
Until I reach my 500th,
But the writings going real slow.
