Once Bitten...

Full as a goog,
all the world
outside the museum
of selected highlights.

..............................
.-WITHIN: - - - - - - - - - -.
.-Sadness; - - - - - - - - - -.
.-Indifference; - - - - - - -.
.-Forgetfulness (Poets Only) -.
..............................

WITHIN:
A show-off had to make do
with the resultant bad-back,
and chatted
how her dog and two hawks
expanded the meaning of
...twice shy.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
reading a bit of Mallarme and Laurie Anderson exhibition, Adelaide 2013. The dog would never be the same after realising the birds had it in their sights. Same with her and the diving board.
