Once, There Were Stars Poem by Naveed Akram

Once, There Were Stars

Once the stars replay their brightness,
A shunned one called a human alerts us
In alarming attitudes, forming the frames
Of a mind that plays on emotions.

The hearts of new positions alighted
Our immense thinking, enlightening us;
My short hair faced me with troubles,
Loathing me and counting me out of the picture.

This writing spared thousands,
Millions astounded me with words
That crept on the paranormal side,
Sides of a square or rectangle.
