Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time
long ago
when I was young...
I used to wonder
what it was like to be old.

Now I don't wonder any more
'cause I am.

But now I can't remember
what it was like to be young anymore
'cause I'm not.

But somehow
somewhere along the way
something got lost.

And I can't remember
what it was.
