One Can Only Hope Poem by Daniel Cherenet

Its been awhile since i've been at this game
so gone off this world i swiming in outer space
leaving tracks of messages when my nike hit the ground
that the answer to all your question can never be found

you can just make belief, invent your own fictional character
find your superficial happiness, but its just a care actor
only pretends to care and lies right in front your eyes, when the
thought of suicide crosses your mind, then you start to realize

you just one note living in this music world
there is plenty more that sound like you, plenty
of inventors, musicians, engineers, athletes and doctors
but none of them are like you

when your in your comfort zone you see things
like the matrix, you feel like you're living with a bunch of fake magicians
as you watch em play tricks

this elevated ride of clarity can cultivate and relax your mind
my life maybe irrelevant to you but this note will all make sense in time
