One Choice

One nite alone with
no one to care
no one to hold
no one to stop you
to end the hurt
to end the pain
holding the gun up to head or heart
one second
one choice
one tigger
one point
one shot
STOP
to think if it all end 2nite
who will care
who will be hurting after my hurt is gone
who will be in pain after ending my pain
will any one care
will any one cry
anyone in pain as bad as me wait its too late
I'M GONE

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
