One Day Poem by emily summers

One day i will fly away,
and leave the world behind me.

One day i will move away,
where no-one can find me.

One day I will drive away,
and pain will be a distant memory.

One day i will retire away,
from all the wars and corruption in this life.

One day there will be a day,
when i can come home to someone who loves me.

One day i will find a way,
to turn my life around,
and i won't want to be found,
i'll be in paradise,
where everything is great.
But, until that day
I will just wait,
and wish
for
that day.
