One day where
two rivers meet,
I was standing by
the bank and wondering -
what is life, after all
if not just chances, coincidences.
We come across a myriad of people,
sometimes get together, make alliances.
Eventually they break down, memories are
left behind like waves making peaks and troughs
that finally merge into nothing; and then, all silence.
