one fairy night, a song unveiled a world of dream-come-true:

it laid it bare before my eyes so fresh and bright and clear

so far it was to me before the song dethroned my air

it had the key to reach my heart and came in through the door

it got my eyes and now my heart wide-opened forever more

the words that came to me that night brought me a pair of wings

i flew across a fairy night and had myself a fling
