One man
One man alone
He blocked to doorway like a stone
The killer could nt get by

He was forced to shoot the man instead
'Get out of here! I've got the door! '
He screamed at those not dead on the floor
Out the window, the students did fly

Not all made it
The killer had gotten through
There was nothinf they could do
They had died scared and confused

Wants and dreams were shot down
Thirty-two were killed that day
There was nothing anyone could do or say
Innocents screams its fury
