One more Chance
To behold your radiance again
Grin back at me as the sun of dawn,
I'll forever paint it loud in a crowd,
As singing rainbow of my lonely soul.


One more chance
To hear you speak softly
As drops of eternal golden oil
Into the chalice of my rusting heart
Flowing as a crystal joyful Niagara.


One more chance
With you on borrowed seconds
Purchased with my blood coins
Then I'll sleep the gladdest of men
Knowing I die and live in your holy bosom.
