One Special Person Poem by Hope Hoesel

You know that one rainbow you see in the sky,
you know that one special person that catches your eye;
And you will never know how to tell them,
what makes you smile, laugh, and grin;

If you are too shy, do not shudder,
that one person knos no other;
I think falling in love is like,
awakening from a deep sleep;

I awake from the slumber and I'm sad,
in a dream, I saw a person so special I once had;
But now my sadness turns to anger,
I don't know what to do other then scream louder;

I try to smile and I fake it,
but I just shake the feelings deep down;
Why do they even care,
I don't think it's that fair.
