One Sweet Kiss Poem by Edwina Reizer

One Sweet Kiss

What bliss can come from one sweet kiss
to last for unseen centuries?
Never to be forgotten in taste or memory,
always remembered in the soul.
For the soul takes with it each sweet act,
never leaves anything behind.
And whosoever inherits that soul
will be the one to find
that they remember that one sweet kiss
that was given long ago.
Where it happened, when it was,
how it happened, what it does?
And what it did bestow.
One sweet kiss is more than this.
It’s complete happiness.
