One Who Sits Alone - Poem by Michael Wride

There is one who sits alone,
Under the tree.

It looks like he stares into the distance,
Towards the horizon.

And indeed he does,
But he also stares within.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

A meditation poem! I have several favourite trees in the woods that provide great environment to meditate in.
