Buried, beneath the ground so deep
no soul on earth can find,
I buried the only woman I loved
in her grave and in my mind.

But she's on her way to heaven now,
to be with him tonight.
She's on her way to heaven
after he took her from my life!

To be his loving angel!
forever in his arms.
In all her satin shrouds,
she yearns to be with God!

But on her way to heaven,
she pauses just a while.
On her way to heaven
she remembers one last time!

that in my mind she lives forever!
in every memory she never died! ,
