Only For A Day
What's this world coming to?
What have we done?
Poverty...
War...
Corruption...
Drugs...
Child trafficking...
Rape...
Prostitution...
Separation of families...
What happen to Peace?
Did we ever have any?
We are brothers and sisters,
yet this is how we repay each other....
Just for a day
Cant we have no poverty...
Or a war that shouldnt existed...
What about a corrupt government that feeds lies....
Or drugs that kill and poison our lives
Can children be set free...
And woman be unharmed...
Can women be free of prostitution...
And men be able to help their families...
Just for one day....
Can we have PEACE and COMPASSION
Or is that too hard to ask?
The life has gained pace and the faster the life gets the more these evils will appear in society. Let's hope your dream come true brother. Good write
