Open When Close Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Open When Close

Rating: 5.0

Two people somewhere
Are friends with each other;
From childhood to present,
Treating each like a brother.

Trust is totally given,
There are no secrets to them;
Asking for some advice
When one has a problem.

Though they are miles apart,
Communication isn't cut;
Using modern technology,
They give a call or do chat.

So far and yet so close,
That's what they are;
Hearts and minds are open,
As well as souls are ajar.

God's Love will keep us close. And forever open to greater possibilities. Beautifully written, Bernard.
