Our Canvas Poem by Chris Lane

Our Canvas

You were there on the breeze and touched me again
Reminding me I will always and forever be
A part of the World that We both exist in.

Warm and gentle You enveloped me
Such motions nourishing a most comfortable combustion
Setting my heart aflame in a passage of recollection.

Dormant memories bound genetically
Images, You have released to me,
Restored, I surely thank thee,
For Love in orbit held indefinitely.
