Yes, we all have our own pain and we should not take it out on others through anger, but it is said that a problem shared is a problem halved, and we should all be there for each other to help each through his or her pain - this is what love is all about, but sadly sometimes it seems there is not enough of it as many are left to suffer in silence. An interesting poem Lyn.

How true, a person has nothing in his hands except hoping.loved it

All of us have our own share of cares and pain... A sad person can be an angry person at times! But it will only add to our pain if we let our anger out on others! We have to handle it ourselves, though at times, we may get help from others to get out of the tangles of life! But mostly it is our own task to solve the problems arising! A great write Lyn!

Fact is people hurt or inflict pain to to others because of their traumatic experience...maybe they want to share what pain is....but then nobody has the right to do it! Please face and resolve your own pain and let others do the same but never inflict pain!

Yes people can dump their pain onto somebody else and it is so unfair, we all have to deal with pain ourselves and to be kind is a way of letting go our pain! Great write and good advice! A Happy New Year Lyn with best wishes!
