Our Own Special Day

My daughter and I designated, a day
to be our own special day. One, where
the two of us could manage, to get away.
We'd meet in the morning, then arrange
to go shopping, at the mall. There isn't a
store, we haven't gone into. I pretty much,
know them all. Before we realized, it was
time to eat. It didn't matter where we went.
It was always a wonderful treat. Each place
was different. It gave me the chance, to try
something new. I not only enjoyed the food,
I enjoyed her company too. It's an excellent
idea, for mothers and daughters to spend
quality time together. It brings you closer
and warm feelings, remain within your heart.
As long as you make the time to be together.
That's the most, important part!
