Hova Timeless

Our Pain

Niggas ain't got no options
No hope in being doctors
Gunshots in the projects
But that shit was never caused for
And I called for
But that shit could never be
That's all they telling me
My dream is that black kids could go through school with hella ease
Get rid of the bodies in the street
Tell them niggas in the red white and blue to stop gunning down black men
Cause the next one could be you
Tell me do you understand what we got through just because we have more pigment
In our skin
Or is that shit even relevant to you
Mr. Blond hair and blue eyes
Blood on the ground we look to the sky
Could you even comprehend the tales I'll spin
Young black men strung up in the trees ain't did shit but be on their knees
Face to God
I wanna race to God an
Ask what I could do without a mask and threatening to shoot

Know'st thou not at the fall of the leaf
