Over The Rainbow Poem by karanzel kholie

Over The Rainbow

walked enough these empty streets
with friends, foes and my lonely soul
felt enough this fake sunshine
that never plays its role

drank enough all expensive drinks
that only fools you for a moment
lived enough above the building
that never was worth the money spent

take me to a place
somewhere over the rainbow
let me be at ease and
free from all the sorrow

wasted enough my time for nothing
clapped enough on others success
desired enough for impossibles
lived enough this life of distress

helped enough and now they dont know me
spoke enough that reached no ear
slept enough those sleepless nights
wept enough and i'am out of tear

take me to a place
somewhere over the rainbow
let me be at ease and
free from all the sorrow
