Overdue
I like poems
Poems are good
I write poems
'cause I'm misunderstood
I've tried all my life
I've tried so hard
But all this strife
It just makes me tired
I'm too old for my age
I'm too young for my mind
What I really am
Is hard to find
There's so much stuff
That I must sort through
But I think my acceptance
Is long overdue.
