Pain
And the Pain of having lost you,
Lingers on, and on and on,
Like a dagger, long and narrow,
Like my blood upon the sand,
The long Howl of wolf-like sorrow,
Sharply bites into my heart,
And I know, again tomorrow,
All the Pain will newly, start
I have someone from my past who haunts me still. I'm so tired of it. Love is not always a good thing, is it? I think this poem is excellent. Great work. Take care, Lyn
