Pain Is All I Feel
I'm running away
Leaving the world behind
I'm hiding my face
Under so many lies
It’s all because I'm scared of who you are
And what you’ll do to me
Baby, it’s not just you
I'm like this to everybody
And I'm scared of being hurt
My scars just cannot heal
Tired of being treated like dirt
‘Cause pain is all I feel
I just hide myself
Hide who I really am
This is a living Hell
And my life is a sham
It’s all because I'm scared of who you are
And what you’ll do to me
Baby, it’s not just you
I'm like this to everybody
And I'm scared of being hurt
My scars just cannot heal
Tired of being treated like dirt

The first two lines I connected with instantly. Love the heart and emotion that this poem is covered in. I also enjoy how it seems to be written as if its a song.
