Pain Walks Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Pain Walks

Rating: 5.0

I resolve to keep
My health in shape
And take my walk
Pain walks too.

With every step
Pain keeps in step
And shadow follows
Pain's shadowless.

Shadow disappears
In darkness and shade
Faithful pain's
A true companion.

As I climb stairs
Pain rises too
And as I descend
Pain will ascend.

Painless action
Leads us nowhere
Simple truth's
No pain's no gain.

With pain present
In joints and muscles
A soothing rub's
A relaxing relief.

A lovely write, pain can be with us at all times and unwelcome guest in our bodies.

Pain well and truly walks, from head..to heart....to toe. Let us hope that a relaxing rub is enough for most pain. Well done and a well earnt 10 yet my apologies for there is no where to vote. May i say.. I love your title!
