Paradise Poem by Lottie Hammond

Paradise

Rating: 5.0

A kiss I found in heaven,
Resting on my cheek,
A look i caught from you,
The way i've spent my week.

All my weaknesses forgotten
Lost in paradise,
Memories for you and me,
I kiss you once, I kiss you twice.

You've taight me all these things,
How to live life right,
But now all i think about
Is how you're not here tonight.

Leave me in your memories,
Don't forget the passion,
Live through all the pain.
Just to follow fashion.

Do the things you want to,
See whoever you like.
I can live without you,
This is your last strike.

Without you I can breathe,
I can still laugh and speak,
But my conversations silent,
My jokes with laughter weak.

I treasure our last moments,
You kissed me once, you kissed me twice.
I'll keep all the memories,
In my mind, In paradise.

very good poem, well writen. and we do get over lost loves, take it from some one who knows and was hurt a lot in my younger days, but we do get over it, and i am glad that you were able to write about it, it always helps to do this.
